These terms apply when you use fiveteenstudios.com or buy from Fiveteen Studios Inc., Montréal, Québec. By placing an order, you accept them.

Many pieces are made in limited runs, and an edition can sell out between adding to cart and checkout. Colours on screen can vary slightly from the real fabric. Measurements are in each product’s size guide.

Prices are in Canadian dollars in Canada, and in US dollars in the United States and everywhere else. US-dollar prices are converted from our Canadian prices on a regular schedule and rounded up.

If we make an obvious pricing error, we’ll contact you before shipping, and you can cancel for a full refund.

Your order is an offer to buy, and we accept it when we send your order confirmation email. We may cancel an order, for example if a piece is unavailable or a payment is flagged as fraudulent. If we do, we refund you in full. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Sales taxes, duties and import taxes are calculated and collected at checkout, so there’s nothing more to pay on delivery. Our Shipping policy explains this by destination.

Delivery is covered by our Shipping policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund policy.

Please use the site lawfully. Don’t try to break or overload it, scrape it, or use automated tools to buy for resale. We may limit quantities per customer for limited drops.

The Fiveteen name, logos, designs, photographs and films, including The Dreamer’s Journey, belong to Fiveteen Studios or its partners. You may share links and images for personal, non‑commercial use with credit. Any other use needs our written permission.

When you send us photos or other materials, for example for a casting, you confirm you have the right to share them. We use them only to consider and contact you, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect losses, and our total liability for an order is limited to what you paid for it. This doesn’t limit liability that can’t be limited by law, including your rights as a consumer in Québec.

These terms are governed by the laws of Québec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. If you’re a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws where you live.
